Determine who can add opinions/suggestions

You can allow all visitors on your website to post opinions and suggestions without registering an account. In order to do that, on your Suggestions Forum go to Settings => Configuration => Field appearance and descriptions and check the option Include an e-mail field.
If you want to limit posting to registered users, on your Suggestions Forum go to Settings => Configuration => Privacy and under Who can add new submissions check New users only.
