How to manage who can vote on submissions

To manage who can vote on submissions, simply go to Settings > Forum Configuration > Management and choose one of the options from the drop-down menu. The available options are:
- Public
- Public with IP restriction
- Logged-in users
- Logged in users - no voting for your own submissions
