Gauging your customers' satisfaction is the key to growing a business. Collecting feedback about your team's communications with clients is a valuable tool - both for management and training purposes. This is why we added an e-mail rating feature to Sugester.
To enable e-mail rating just go to Settings > Account Settings > E-mails and tickets and tick the box marked Enable response rating.
From now on a small rating prompt will be appended to your outgoing email. It looks like this:
After rating their experience, customers will be sent to a short thank-you note.
