Checking whether the recipient clicked on the link contained in the message (tracing openings)

Sugester allows you to check whether the recipient clicked on the links added to the message.
To use this feature, in the Settings -> Helpdesk settings, select the option "Email click tracking"



From now on, under the email we will get a checkbox "click tracking":



Once selected, we will know if the recipient has clicked on a link in the message.

Activities related to this appear in the right column of the sent message view.
