Chat business hours

Sugester allows you to set business hours for your chat. This way it's clear to visitors whether they can expect a prompt reply or should brace themselves for a longer wait.
To set business hours for one of your chat widgets, go to Settings > Live chat settings, click on the widget you want to Edit, scroll down and expand More options and continue scrolling to Business hours. You will see the following options:
The options work as follows:
- Disabled - business hours are off;
- Chat is active during business hours *and* when an operator is online - both conditions have to be met for the chat to be active;
- Chat is active during business hours *or* when an operator is online - chat is active when either condition is met;
- Chat is active during business hours *whether or not* an operator is online - chat is always active during business hours.
