It's always a good idea to know who you're talking to. A short personal information a form is also a good way to filter out trolls and time-wasters from your chat. This is why in Sugester you can require visitors to fill out a short pre-chat form before initiating a conversation. The form will ask users to give their first name, surname and email address before they can ask a question.
To enable the pre-chat form, go to Settings > Chat settings, choose the chat widget you want to Edit, scroll down to More options, go to Pre-chat form and tick the box next to it. The pre-chat form will become available as soon as you click Save.
