From now on, you can integrate CRM with VoIP technology. It means, that in Sugester you can not only operate with emails, tasks, chats and customers base, but also with phone calls.
With VoIP integration you can:
- register incoming calls (phone numbers)
- operate on many numbers
- register phone call's beginning/end time and date
- display full time of a phone call
- register who hung up first
- assign your employee to a phone call
- record phone calls (in Telecube)
- add notes to phone calls.
If you need any help with setting up the VoIP module, let us know at info@sugester.com
Note: after signing in in one of operators you should activate the account. Without it using VoIP module in Sugester will not be possible.
