Once again we'd like to share with you some new features, which appeared recently. Maybe it's not a huge difference, but even the slightest change matters if it saves your precious time and make your work easier :) Learn more!

1. Set the knowledge base article's release date

If you have an article to publish and you want it to be released in your knowledge base on a certain date, use the new Release date feature. All you have to do is to fill the Release date field while creating a post, and Sugester will publish your post exactly when you want it. With this feature you don't have to worry that your article won't be released because you forgot about it or you have a holiday planned at this time.

2. Additional deal's information in client's profile

To each Sugester's deal you can add a description to remind you about deal's detail each time you open it. In the description you can attach info about discounts, changes in invoice data or other payment connected arrangements. We figured it would be more comfortable, if description is displayed not only in deal, but in client's profile as well. With this feature, after opening client's card you just need one view to notice, that we scheduled payment in instalments or a discout in case of big order. You don't have to click on the deal to see it. Less clicking means more time for other activities:) Of course you can only display short description, so if yours is very long, it will be displayed after entering deal's card. You can enable displaying deal's description in CRM settings.

3. Sorting data in customer's portal

Last but not least, something new in client's portal. This time we've added sorting in columns from the biggest value to the smallest and the other way around, and also alphabetical sorting. All you have to do is to click on the column heading, and that's it!

That's all for now, see you next time:)
