Separate e-mail address for each co-worker

Having a separate mailbox and e-mail address for every user can be very useful. For example, all tickets and questions sent to helpdesk@yourcompany.com could be then answered by employee-name@companyname.com, giving the messages a personal touch.

By default every new user automatically gets a personal mailbox. If you want to disable this option, simply untick the appropriate checkbox during the registration process (Users > Add user).
