Email assistant is a feature created to filter emails, so you can save your precious time by paying less attention to incoming emails. Dependent on the settings, you can select if you want your emails to go to Unassigned folder or still receive them in your inbox.
To enable email assistant, go to Settings > Email settings > Email boxes. Select a mailbox and unfold More options. Here you will see the Email assistant feature
You can choose between:
- Disabled - you're not using the feature
- Ignore unknown senders - emails from people you haven't contacted before will be transfered to Unassigned folder
- Ignore all messages - all emails will go to Unassigned folder
In Unassigned folder your coworkers can look through your emails and decide if they're important enough for you to read them or if they can handle them.
