Statuses make it quick and easy to determine how is work progressing on any particular ticket. In this article we'll explain how to create your own statuses and how to change the status of a ticket/e-mail.
Creating your own statuses
To create your own statuses, go to Settings > Statuses and either Add new ones or Edit existing ones.
Changing a ticket's status
To change a ticket's status, simply find the ticket you want to edit and click the button marked on the picture below. A list of available statuses will drop down. Now you just have to choose the appropriate status, click on it - and you're done!
