If you are posting a link inside your Suggestions Forum and want the suggestion prompt to be available automatically, include the parameter new=yes inside your link. Example: <a href="http://sugester.sugester.pl?new=yes" target="_blank">http://sugester.sugester.pl?new=yes</a>
