In your
Knowledge Base settings you can select the order of posts. The order is set for the whole knowledge base, not for particular categories. So make sure you chose the best order for your clients - whether it's from the newest to the oldest, or maybe by posts priority.
If you want to change posts' order, select
Settings > Knowledge Base settings > All options. Next, go to
Additional options section and select one of the sorting type:
- order by date (from the oldest)
- creation date descending
- by priority
Click on
Save.
