Chat conversations are often made up of repetitive components - hellos, goodbyes and answers to frequently asked questions. What if you could just type them once and then reuse them as templates?
Sugester lets you add new reply templates straight from the operator's panel. Just clik on Templates > New template.
Clicking the +New template button will send you to the following screen:
Your new template will be available after you fill in the form and click Save.
