How to set the number of votes per user

To set the number of votes per user, go to Settings > Forum Configuration > Management and select an option from the drop-down menu. Available options are:
- 1 vote / time period
- 2 votes / time period
- 5 votes / time period
- 10 votes / time period
- Unlimited votes
