As you might have noticed, whenever you need our help, the first thing you are asked for is the name of your account.
And no, we don't mean your email address:)
Your account's name is exactly what you can see in the address bar, eg. my-account.sugester.com
Your account's name can be also found in Settings > Account settings > Configuration section:
